Weekend Home Carer
Dial House Care Ltd – contracted hours available – Bedford £8.90 - £8.40 an hour – Part-time.
Ideally you will have your own transport i.e. car / moped for this role, however walkers will be also considered. If you have something special and would like to join our expanding team, delivering care to the people of Bedford, in their own homes, then we would like to hear from you.
Dial House Home Care have the following vacancies; Community Home Cares – Weekends.
Various part time shifts available –
Days 7am – 11am, 7am – 3pm
Evenings 4pm – 10pm
Weekends (1:3 off)
Rates of Pay – these are the hourly rates, excluding mileage, Travel time and phone allowance.
Sunday £8.90 + 10 % bonus if applicable.
Sunday £8.75 + 10 % bonus if applicable.
No Experience or No NVQ
Sundays £8.75 + 10 % bonus if applicable.
Enhanced rates for 30 and 15 minute calls.
Generous mileage paid
Mobile phone allowance
Pervious experience desired but not essential.
The successful candidates will be exceptional carers with high levels of compassion.
Caring and sensitive to the needs of others.
Ability to work on your own initiative, self motivated, organised with good communication skills.
Good written and spoken English.
Reliable and trustworthy.
Able to work under pressure
Enhanced DBS check required.

We are looking for compassionate, reliable people to join us in caring for elderly and vulnerable adults within their own homes, supporting them to remain as independent as possible. You may be required to help your clients with personal care, for example, get up, washed and dressed, ensure they eat and drink and take medication, help them socialise and carry out day to day tasks such as shopping, cleaning or ironing. The role is varied, challenging and demanding but equally rewarding.
